Refund policy

All sales are final
Every Ninety8 piece is released in limited drops, so we don't accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the product descriptions and size charts carefully before you order. If you're not sure about sizing, message us before you buy and we'll help you pick the right fit.

Damages and issues
We check every order before it ships. Please inspect yours as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@ninety8club.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund for that item.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges for change of mind or sizing. If we sent you the wrong size by mistake, we'll exchange it at no cost to you.

Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards are final and can't be refunded.

Cancellations
Orders ship quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships.
